The Summer School of the Russian language is open to students starting with A-2 level of Russian. It includes 36-72 academic hours of language classes (depending on the chosen duration) covering speaking and writing, grammar, listening, pronunciation plus various oral techniques and extracurricular activities to boost students’ oral skills.

If you plan to maximize your progress during a short stay in Saint Petersburg go for individual Russian lessons and improve your skills in no time.

The courses start if a minimum if students have applied. In other case, it is possible to organize private lessons, the program of which is formed according to each student’s interest.

Students are invited to determine their language skill level if they wish.

Completing this course gives students an opportunity to get to know the university better so they can continue studying in SPbGASU — one of the oldest universities of Russiа

Various individual tuition courses are available, including “ARCHITECTURE”, “ RUSSIAN HISTORY AND CULTURE”, “ENGINEERING”, “BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION”.

Topics and contents of the course can be adjusted in accordance with the wishes of the school participants.

Throughout June and July, our cool summer activities (with student groups led by our friendly teachers) include:

✔ Summer Sport Activities in the Yusupov’s Park – football, volleyball or just lie on the grass and sunbathe! The park is just a short walk from the university. Don’t forget your sunglasses!

River trips during Summer Schools SPbGASU — ✔ River trips along the Neva river and channels – enjoy warm summer breezes as you float through our beautiful rivers and all the spectacular Saint Petersburg sights from the water. Bring your camera for summer holiday photos!

Duration, tuition fee and ECTS

✔ 1-week program:
36 academic hours 300 euro; 2 ECTS

✔ 2-week program:
72 academic hours 600 euro; 4 ECTS

Tuition Fee includes the visa invitation; individual testing and guidance; Russian language training; tutorial materials and cultural program (accommodation is NOT included).

✔ The cost of the individual program is defined depending on its contents and duration
