Industrial and Civil Engineering in Russia: Unique Experience of Design and Construction in Saint Petersburg
In the scope of this summer school we offer you to study the design, calculation and construction of industrial and civil buildings; take part in real laboratory tests of different construction materials; visit industrial and construction sites of Saint Petersburg and the Leningrad region and see the UNESCO world heritage sites.
SPbGASU Faculty of Civil Engineering presents a 2-week summer school focusing on architectural and engineering constructions, geotechnics, technology of building materials and metrology.

Through a challenging and demanding series of classes, as well as laboratory work and study tours to plants, building-sites, leading companies, and specialized museums; presented with a state-of-the-art information and technology, this course seeks to impart knowledge and to combine research with a practical context.
The summer school program includes visiting the constructions sites, plants and technical objects of Saint Petersburg demonstrating the construction methods and euipment used in the industry.

Deadlines:
- No visa is required (CIS citizens)/the applicant has Russian visa – June 17, 2023
- European Union citizens – June 1, 2023
- Russian visa is required – May 17, 2023
Tuition fee: 400 euro.
Credits earned: 4 ECTS for 2-weeks course.
Tuition Fee includes the visa invitation; tuition; tutorial materials and transfers to construction sites and companies (accommodation and cultural program are NOT included).
