Urban City Challenge: Architecture, Design and Structures from Sketch to 3-D Project
Specially designed for students and young researchers in the field of civil engineering and architecture, this summer school provides you with a unique opportunity to get acquainted with different aspects of life and creativity in a large city with a rich cultural and architectural heritage, explore the transformation of
various urban zones and create your own architectural concept for a real place in Saint Petersburg.
Faculties of Civil Engineering and Architecture of SPbGASU present a 2-week summer school dedicated to the challenges of reconstruction forms and structures of urban territories in Saint Petersburg.

Bachelor, Master and PhD students in the field of architecture and engineering
What is it about?
The summer course consists of two parts. During the first week students get acquainted with the Saint Petersburg architecture by making trip sketches, the second week is devoted to independent work on the project.
The program includes thematic excursions, master classes and creative independent work.
This summer school provides you with a unique opportunity to explore the transformation of various urban zones and create your own architectural concept for a real place in Saint Petersburg.

- No visa is required (CIS citizens)/the applicant has Russian visa – August 12, 2022
- European Union citizens – August 1, 2022
- Russian visa is required – July 12, 2022
